We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. Duties
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using appropriate cleaning methods
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and kitchen areas throughout shifts
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure proper handling and storage of clean items to prevent cross-contamination
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishments are required
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods
Experience
- Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures and food handling practices is advantageous
- Experience with food preparation or cooking can be beneficial but is not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality standards related to cleanliness and food safety is a plus
