REMAX of Lloydminster is looking for a highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented Real Estate Office Administrator to join our team.
This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and helping support a busy real estate office.
Key responsibilities include:
Front desk reception and client service
Transaction processing and document management
REALTOR® support and file administration
Fintrac Compliance procedures
Office operations and day-to-day administration
Real estate experience is considered an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong administrative, customer service, and organizational skills.
