As a Pilattes Instructor, you'll lead inspiring Reformer Pilates classes while creating a welcoming environment that makes every client feel supported, challenged, and excited to return. You'll play an important role in building our community and delivering the elevated experience that defines our brand.
Responsibilities
- Lead safe, engaging, and results-driven Reformer Pilates classes for clients of all experience levels.
- Provide clear instruction, hands-on guidance, and modifications to ensure proper form and safety.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by welcoming members and building genuine relationships.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating class environment that reflects the Pilattes brand.
- Encourage client confidence, consistency, and progress throughout their wellness journey.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentation-ready studio before and after every class.
- Support daily studio operations, including assisting with client questions and class flow when needed.
- Work collaboratively with the Pilattes team to create a seamless boutique wellness experience.
- Stay current with Pilates education, industry trends, and best practices through continued learning.
- Represent the Pilattes brand with professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm at all times.
Requirements
- Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor or currently completing a recognized certification program.
- Passion for movement, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
- Confident teaching small-group Reformer Pilates classes with safe modifications and progressions for all fitness levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
- Friendly, energetic, and hospitality-driven with a passion for creating memorable client experiences.
- Professional, reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality instruction.
- Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a collaborative boutique studio environment.
- Committed to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming studio space.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- CPR/AED and Standard First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain before employment, is considered an asset.

Pay: $27.76-$35.00 per hour
