Russell Mechanical Systems Ltd. is hiring a Working Foreman / Red Seal Plumber to join our growing team. This, full-time, hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys leading crews while staying actively involved on the tools
We specialize in multi-residential plumbing projects and are looking for a reliable, experienced professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and team development
What you'll do
- Supervise, lead and installation of on-site plumbing crews
- Perform installations, & train future Tradesmen
- Read and work from blueprints and specification to ensure quality workmanship
- Coordinate daily site activities, materials and workflow
- Communicate with project managers, contractors and RMS team
- Ensure all work meets plumbing codes and safety standards
- Train and mentor apprentices and junior team members
- Track materials and manage job site organization
Requirements
- Red Seal Journeyman Plumber certification (required) Gas ticket an asset
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience
- At least 2 years in foreman or leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Positive and Proactive approach to work and life
- Ability to support "Pay it forward, training"
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, organized and safety-focused

Schedule
Full-time: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability as needed.
