Operate CNC machines according to work instructions and production schedules.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
Monitor machine operation and identify any abnormalities or production issues.
Perform basic machine setup and tool changes as required.
Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment.
Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
Record production data and complete required documentation accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles.
Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
Work closely with supervisors and maintenance personnel to minimize downtime.
Report quality concerns, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards promptly.
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 3 years of manufacturing or CNC machine operating experience preferred.
Experience operating CNC lathes, mills, or machining centers is an asset.
Ability to read basic blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, or overtime as required.
