Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic person to be our Front of House and server. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Your knowledge of food service will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall dining experience.
Part Time Position. Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Duties
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and proper food handling practices within the bar area.
- Maintain inventory of wine and alcohol
- Prepare cocktails and drinks for people
- Maintain guest enjoyment through exemplary hospitality
- Efficient phone communication and order taking skills
- Serve food
- Foster a positive work environment through effective personal management and work ethic
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a server within the restaurant or hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of wines and spirits
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with guests and staff professionally.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
