Scheduling Coordinator & Office Administrator – InCasa Home Care
Location: Edmonton, Alberta
Position Type: Part-Time 20 hours weekly
InCasa Home Care, a trusted provider of personalized home care services in Edmonton, is seeking a highly organized Scheduling Coordinator & Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and manage staff schedules to ensure timely care delivery and optimal coverage.
· Serve as the central point of contact for staff, clients, and families regarding scheduling needs and adjustments.
· Ensure all appointments and visits are arranged efficiently, balancing client needs with staff availability.
· Oversee office operations, including answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
· Assist with onboarding new staff, scheduling training, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
· Track and report on key metrics, such as staff hours, client visits, and service quality.
Qualifications
· Previous experience in scheduling, office administration, or a similar role (experience in healthcare or home care is a strong asset).
· Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
· Proficient in scheduling software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
· Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
· Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
