Job Description:
We are currently hiring motivated and reliable individuals to join our crew for the upcoming season. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role working on a variety of residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation of paver patios, walkways, and driveways
- Build retaining walls and other hardscape features
- Perform excavation, base prep, compaction, and grading
- Install sod, artificial turf, and other landscaping elements
- Load and unload materials and maintain a clean job site
- Operate hand tools and basic equipment
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects safely and on time
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physical labour in outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work long hours during peak season
- Previous landscaping or construction experience is an asset (not required)
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Steel toe boots/shoes are required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 8–12 hour shifts during busy season
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months
Pay: $15.53-$20.00 per hour
