We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our fast-paced team.
The Order Processor plays an important administrative quality-control role. You will carefully review every order before it is released to production, ensuring all information is accurate, complete and ready to move forward.
From confirming artwork and quantities to verifying shipping instructions and payment authorization, your attention to detail will help prevent errors, avoid production delays and ensure customers receive exactly what they ordered.
What You’ll Do
- Review customer orders for accuracy and completeness before production begins
- Track orders from initial processing through production and shipment
- Pre-authorize customer orders using the provided form of payment
- Create complete and accurate production packages for each order
- Confirm that the correct and approved artwork is included
- Verify product details, personalization requirements and production instructions
- Confirm that all quantities are correct
- Ensure shipping instructions and delivery information are complete and accurate
- Check that the correct quantities are being shipped to each customer or location
- Identify missing, unclear or conflicting information before releasing an order
- Work with Customer Service, Art, Production and Shipping to resolve order issues
- Update order information and maintain accurate records in the company’s system
- Monitor important deadlines and follow up on outstanding information
- Manage multiple orders and changing priorities throughout the day
- Help prevent errors by completing a thorough final administrative review before production starts

- Previous experience in order entry, order processing, administration or quality control is an asset

- Must have appropriate transit to attend the directing branch office.
