· Identify and pursue new opportunities within food, beverage, chemical, home-care, personal-care, and related manufacturing markets.
· Build influential relationships with senior decision-makers, plant leadership, engineering teams, and procurement stakeholders.
· Conduct customer site visits to understand production challenges, capacity requirements, quality objectives, and future growth plans.
· Present Newmapak’s filling, packaging, conveying, automation, and turnkey line-integration capabilities with confidence and commercial insight.
· Develop tailored proposals, quotations, presentations, and business cases that clearly demonstrate customer value and return on investment.
· Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through solution development, negotiation, closing, and post-installation follow-up.
· Collaborate with Newmapak’s technical, supplier, service, and operations partners to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
· Grow existing accounts by identifying upgrades, modernization projects, line expansions, and additional equipment opportunities.
· Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline, accurate forecasts, and timely activity records.
What You Bring

· Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
· Excellent presentation, communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
· The ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and create momentum in a longer, more complex sales cycle.
· A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to customer sites within the assigned territory.
