Primary Responsibilities:

Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians

Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up.

Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received

Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers

Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system.

Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.

Participate in all safety initiatives, as required or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire including customers and staff, on the road, site or field.

Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules.

Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
What does it take to get on track?
-
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver’s Abstract

Experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry

Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations

Working knowledge of passenger, light truck and, specialty tires and mechanical services

Available for split days off and Saturday shifts

Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must
