As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play an important role in creating a positive and memorable experience from check-in to check-out. You will assist guests with reservations, answer inquiries, provide resort information, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and supported throughout their stay.

- Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional, friendly first impression
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle room reservations, modifications, cancellations, and booking inquiries
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest questions regarding resort services, amenities, and local attractions
- Respond to guest concerns or requests professionally and escalate issues when needed
- Process payments, billing, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Follow company procedures, privacy standards, and hospitality policies
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, hotel, or resort front desk roles is considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, welcoming, and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using reservation systems, POS systems, and basic computer applications
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset in Toronto
