We are looking for a woman or a man, skilled carpenter who are passionate about carpentry and have previous Carpentry experience within the restoration, renovation and/or the construction industry. Our carpenters assist on various residential renovation jobsites.
One of the most important qualities required for the position is attention to details. Your capacity to listen, your rapport with others, and self awareness are key. This position could lead to supervision responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities and requirements
- Self-sufficient in drywalling, taping and mudding
- Must be able to paint, do trim work and preform demolition when needed
- Keep record details on all work performed
- 2-3+ years experience in a similar role
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must be reliable and on-time for every shift
- Experience with power and hand tools and comfortable maneuvering a ladder
- Willingness to learn but self sufficient in drywalling, taping, mudding, painting and trim work
- Valid Drivers License with a Clean Driving Abstract is preferred
- Clean Criminal Record Check
- Create punch lists (task lists) and ensure completion of work
- Commitment to safety rules
- Communication and teamwork skills
- French / English bilingualism is appreciated, but not required
