Front Desk Receptionist
Fresh Touch Med Spa
Pay: $20–$27/hour

Fresh Touch Med Spa is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, have excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will help create an exceptional experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Recommend treatments, memberships, and skincare products
- Support our practitioners and coordinate daily client flow
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical spa, clinic, salon, or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using scheduling software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office
- Professional appearance with a positive, friendly attitude
- Sales or retail experience is considered an asset

- Full-time or part-time opportunities available
