21 Beauty Supplies and Portrait Salon are growing beauty supply retailer with a partner salon dedicated to providing professional salon products, beauty essentials, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Reception & Sales Floor Associate to join our team and help create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Position Summary
As a Reception & Sales Floor Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers entering the store. You will assist customers with product selection, answer inquiries, process sales transactions, maintain store presentation, and support daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. Book appointments
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Restock shelves and maintain attractive product displays.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-merchandised.
- Assist with receiving and unpacking inventory shipments.
- Promote sales, special offers, and new products.
- Support opening and closing procedures as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, customer service, reception, or sales experience preferred.
- Interest in beauty, haircare, skincare, or salon products is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer and cash handling skills.

Schedule Requirements
Applicants must be available Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Additional weekday shifts may be assigned based on store needs and employee availability.
