The Position
The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for providing professional front desk and administrative support while creating a welcoming environment for customers, visitors, and employees. This role serves as the first point of contact for the office and supports daily operations through strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.
Role and Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Customer Service

Greet customers, vendors, and visitors professional and friendly manner
-
Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately
-
Respond to emails and customer inquiries promptly
-
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
Administrative Duties
-
Review and process employee timesheets
-
Organize and maintain digital and paper filing systems
-
Print, scan, photocopy, and prepare documents, as needed
-
Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
-
Book boardrooms and schedule meetings
-
Prepare meeting rooms by setting up necessary materials and equipment
-
Assist management with daily administrative tasks and special projects
-
Track, order, distribute and maintain company uniforms
Office Maintenance
-
Keep reception and common areas clean and organized
-
Monitor office equipment and arrange service, as needed
-
Ensure coffee station and kitchen supplies are stocked
Additional Responsibilities:

Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum one (1) year experience in an Administrative position
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)

Organized and ability to multi task with excellent customer service skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work shifts between 7:00am - 5:00pm
