Vedder Transport, a TFI International Company, is experiencing rapid growth and an opportunity has become available for a Operations Supervisor
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities & Competencies:
- Responsible to analyze detailed schedules, budget reports, and operational systems.
- Mist be highly proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, is required.
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills including ability to analyze, assess, report, provide solutions, and think outside the box.
- Must be creative, innovative, and adaptable. Experience applying complex job costing and variance analysis.
- Experience with activity-based accounting (ABC Model).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, in addition to prioritizing tasks.
Qualifications:
- Experience in business administration, finance accounting
- The ideal candidate will have one (1) year of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams.
