Door Production Technician - Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on individual to join our door production team.
This is not just repetitive shop work, we build custom door systems and take pride in doing things right. Our doors are known for their quality, and that comes down to the people behind them.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Cutting and preparing materials for door assembly using saws and shop equipment
- Operating CNC machinery and processing materials for fabrication
- Assembling door units with accuracy and care
- Reading and working from measurements and specifications
- Ensuring all components are built to a high standard
- Keeping your work area organized and efficient
- Working with the team to solve problems and keep production moving
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable working with your hands in a shop environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with measurements
- Takes pride in clean, solid workmanship
- Reliable and consistent, shows up and gets the job done
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CNC equipment is an asset
- Experience in manufacturing, millwork, door and window production, or construction is an asset
