We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in food assembly according to restaurant standards
- Cook menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling procedures
- Assist in food plating and presentation for service
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Support team members during busy service hours to ensure timely meal delivery
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
- Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
