Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and caseload design, allowing you to build a practice aligned with your clinical interests and availability. Whether you prefer working with pediatric clients, adults, or a mixed caseload, we aim to support your professional goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapy
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary professionals
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations as needed
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in Nova Scotia
- Registration in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in private practice or specialized clinical areas is considered an asset, but not required
