We are seeking a Bridal Store Manager to join our team in Vancouver!
Lovenote is a band of modern bridal boutiques. We design and manufacture all of our own lines in our inspiring Vancouver headquarters. We’re about individual style. We’re obsessed with quality. And we think shopping should be fun.
Position: Bridal Store Manager
Pay: Starting at $27/h depending on experience + bonus structure
Type: Full-time The schedule is Wednesday-Sunday (must be available weekends)
Location: 235 Cambie Street, Vancouver
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the bridal styling team while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service through one-on-one private bridal consultations
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure an elevated client experience at all times
- Support team training, development, and performance coaching
- Assist in driving store sales goals, conversion, and overall business growth
- Handle customer communication through email, phone and in person with professionalism and care
- Resolve customer concerns thoughtfully and efficiently
- Maintain strong visual merchandising standards throughout the boutique
- Assist with scheduling, appointment flow, and operational organization
- Ensure procedures, policies, and brand standards are consistently upheld
- Lead by example and always go above and beyond for the customer experience

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years management or leadership experience in a service-based or retail environment
- Experience with luxury retail, bridal, fashion, or hospitality is considered an asset
