What You'll Do
- Greet customers and take orders accurately at the counter
- Operate the POS system and handle cash and card transactions
- Pack and label orders correctly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Assist with closing duties including cash drawer reconciliation and cleanup
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, customer-facing personality with clear communication skills
- Comfortable handling cash and giving correct change
- Dependable — shows up on time, every time
- Able to stay calm and work efficiently during busy rushes
- English required; Cantonese or Mandarin is a bonus
- Food handler certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus
