We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive – Sparsh Villas
Sparsh Villas is a growing Airbnb and short-term rental management company dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences while helping property owners maximize their rental income. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our growth and ensure seamless operations for both property owners and guests.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Relations
- Identify and pursue new property management opportunities.
- Build relationships with homeowners, investors, and real estate professionals.
- Conduct consultations and presentations with prospective clients.
- Negotiate and secure new management agreements.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and growth opportunities.
Guest Experience & Operations
- Coordinate with cleaning teams to ensure properties are cleaned and prepared to the highest standards.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring issues are addressed effectively.
- Assist guests with booking modifications, extensions, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
- Deliver a seamless and positive experience for guests from booking through checkout.
- Ensure properties are fully prepared for guest check-ins and conduct inspections following guest check-outs.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with vendors and contractors when required.
- Monitor property readiness and maintain quality standards across all managed properties.
- Work closely with operations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in business development, hospitality, property management, customer service, or sales.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Airbnb, short-term rentals, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
