About Prime+ Care Health Centre:
Prime+ Care Health Centre is a multi-disciplinary clinic located in Scarborough; our practitioners take pride in providing the highest quality of healthcare by working closely with our patients with a designed treatment plan for motor vehicle injuries, slip & fall, workplace injuries, and sports injuries.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Acupuncturist in good standing with the appropriate licensing board
- Full time
- Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese is required，English is required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience practicing acupuncture
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong desire to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of additional complementary therapies (e.g. cupping, moxibustion, Tui Na) is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans based on traditional Chinese medicine principles and practices
- Perform acupuncture treatments and provide ongoing care to support patients' health and wellness goals
- Educate clients about self-care practices and the benefits of acupuncture and other complementary therapies
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive the best possible care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with industry trends and best practices
