Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager
Go Powersports Limited is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team at our Head Office. This position will remotely support multiple dealership locations, including Go Powersports Cobequid, while managing digital finance opportunities and assisting group F&I operations as needed.
We are looking for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience while maximizing financing and aftermarket opportunities.
Role Overview
The F&I Manager is responsible for presenting and selling vehicle financing, insurance, extended warranties, prepaid maintenance plans, and aftermarket products for both new and used units. This role works closely with dealership teams, BDC personnel, and customers to ensure a seamless and professional financing experience.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Dealership Support

Manage all F&I requirements for supported dealership locations

Handle Go Finance and digital/BDC financing opportunities

Assist with group F&I coverage and operational support as needed

Execute BEST and aftermarket warranty-ending programs

Maintain strong communication with dealership teams and sales staff
Customer Experience

Build strong relationships with customers through professional and authentic interactions

Provide clear explanations of financing options, warranties, and protection products

Deliver a customer-focused experience from initial contact through deal completion

Maintain responsiveness to customer inquiries and dealership requests
Financing, Compliance & Administration

Process financing and leasing deals accurately and efficiently

Present and sell aftermarket products, warranties, and prepaid services

Complete and submit all required documentation for vehicle sales and registrations

Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and local regulations

Stay current on lender programs, financing promotions, and required training
Qualifications

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to explain financing contracts and products in a clear and professional manner

Previous experience in customer service, finance, sales, automotive, or powersports industries is considered an asset

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
