What You’ll Be Learning & Leading
Support daily store operations to keep everything running smoothly
Learn inventory management, merchandising, pricing & stock control
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety & compliance
Customer Experience & Sales
Deliver exceptional service and product knowledge
Support promotions and merchandising that drive results
Handle POS transactions and resolve customer concerns with confidence
Assist with scheduling, onboarding & training
Help build a positive, motivated, high-performing team
Support coaching and performance development initiatives
What You Bring
4-5 years of experience in retail or a similar role
Previous customer service or supervisory experience
Strong communication & organizational skills
A passion for retail operations and leadership growth
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & holidays
Comfort with computers and POS systems
