Overview
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of retail sales, and the ability to assist customers with their needs effectively. This role offers an opportunity to develop sales expertise and gain valuable experience in a dynamic retail environment.
You will have access to our vast inventory and will be supported by our on site finance department.
Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience
- VSA License
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Supervising experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when needed
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly attitude
- Knowledge of retail operations including upselling techniques and product demos
