We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, CMR expertise, and a solid understanding of financial services industries. As a Client Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping to drive customer satisfaction and business growth through effective account management and strategic engagement.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align client needs with company offerings
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and account activity
- Conduct analysis to identify client trends, opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and areas for service improvement
- Support project management initiatives related to client onboarding, renewals, or product implementations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CRM tools, financial services products, and industry best practices
- Communicate effectively with clients through various channels including email, phone calls, and inperson
- Assist in developing marketing strategies aimed at enhancing client engagement and retention
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer relationship management or account management roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—capable of engaging diverse audiences
- Analytical skills to interpret data insights and inform strategic decisions
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to client engagement
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams including sales, marketing, and technical departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field is preferred but not mandatory
