We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist who will contribute to our values and quality of work on a daily basis. The Accounts Receivable Specialist is an integral part of our team – you bill our clients in a timely manner and respond to their inquiries either via phone and email. You will primarily report to the Director of Finance and you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Issuing invoices to clients daily.
- Issuing monthly accounts statements.
- Processing payments and refunds.
- Taking client calls and responding to emails.
- Placing reminder calls and / or sending reminder emails when the account is overdue.
- Statement reconciliations
- All other duties as required.

- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and clients.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities at one time.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Post-secondary education in accounting and / or equivalent experience.
- Working towards a CPA designation would be a definite asset, but not mandatory.
- Bilingualism required (French / English).
- Construction industry experience considered an asset, but not mandatory.
- Great interpersonal skills
- Process development: ability to continually think of process enhancements and improvements.
