What You'll Do:
- Manage online leads and customer inquiries with a customer-first attitude.
- Assist customers through the car-buying journey via email, chat, and phone.
- Provide information on vehicle availability, pricing, and promotions.
- Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with potential customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from online inquiry to in-person sale.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in automotive sales or a strong interest in cars.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online sales platforms is a plus.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license
- Recent driver's abstract (within 30 days)
- Minimum of 1 professional references
- Strong computer and Internet skills
- Positive attitude and good work ethics
- Driven to be the best
- Excellent communication skills
- Clean personal presentation
- Willing to obtain an AMVIC Automotive Salesperson Certificate
- Second or third language is always an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
