Operational Details
- Company drivers are paid as employees (not contractors)
- Open board dispatch – no dedicated lanes
- Local fleet handles all pickups — loads are ready at the terminal
- This is LTL work — stops, miles, and trip length vary
- No guaranteed miles or dedicated lanes
- Earnings depend on freight volume and driver availability
- Flexibility and trip acceptance are key to success in this role
Driver Requirements
- Valid AZ / Class A license
- Minimum of 1 year verifiable experience
- Cross-border experience required
- FAST card (or eligible to obtain)
- Clean CVOR & driver abstract
- Safety-focused and professional
- Ability to run LTL freight with multiple stops
