Our retail store is where that experience comes to life, and we’re looking for a Retail Store Supervisor who can lead from the floor, bring energy to the space, and create a store environment customers genuinely enjoy being in.
About the Role
This isn’t a “sit in the back office” kind of role.
As our Retail Store Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the store, from leading the team and driving sales, to creating engaging displays and making sure every customer leaves with a great experience.
You’ll work closely with our Director of Marketing & Customer Experience, bringing campaigns to life in-store and helping shape how customers interact with our brand.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the Store
- Run daily operations — opening, closing, and everything in between
- Keep the store organized, well-stocked, and visually on point
- Ensure policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed
Drive Sales & Performance
- Support sales targets and motivate the team to hit them
- Track performance (sales, trends, customer needs) and act on insights
- Execute in-store promotions and campaigns
Create an Engaging Store Experience
- Design and maintain product displays, planograms, and seasonal setups
- Bring creativity into how products are showcased
- Respond to customer feedback (in-store, online, and reviews)
Manage Inventory & Systems
- Keep inventory accurate and up to date (NetSuite, Shopify)
- Post and manage products across online platforms (including marketplaces)
- Ensure smooth product flow from stockroom to sales floor
Lead & Support Your Team
- Build and manage staff schedules
- Coach, support, and hold team members accountable
- Create a positive, team-first environment where people enjoy coming to work
Partner with Marketing
- Execute monthly marketing calendars in-store
- Coordinate signage, promotions, and social media content requests
- Help bring brand campaigns to life at the store level
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in retail leadership (Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or similar)
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or a related field, or an appropriate combination of education and practical experience.
- A hands-on leadership style — you’re present, engaged, and lead by example
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with retail systems
- A creative eye for merchandising and store presentation
- A natural ability to connect with people — both customers and team members
Nice to Have
- Experience with NetSuite, Shopify, or similar retail/ERP systems
- Exposure to social media or in-store marketing execution

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour
