Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)
Location: Port Coquitlam, BC
Position Type: Permanent Part-Time (4 Days per Week)
Hours: Approximately 32 Hours per Week
Compensation: $30–$35 per Hour (Based on Experience)
Luminous Dental Centre is a family-owned, non-corporate dental practice that has proudly served the Port Coquitlam community for over 40 years. We are seeking a friendly, motivated Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) to join our supportive and collaborative team in a permanent 4-day-per-week position.
This opportunity is ideal for a junior or intermediate CDA who is looking to build their skills, work with an experienced team, and enjoy a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures
- Take dental radiographs
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
- Provide exceptional patient care and support
- Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications
- Valid Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) license in British Columbia
- Junior to intermediate level experience preferred
- Experience working in a dental office environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Experience with Tracker dental software is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented and patient-focused
