North Shore Kia has an opening for a full-time Receptionist

Your responsibilities would include:
- Providing customers with a welcoming first impression.
- Efficiently directing calls using a switchboard telephone system during periods of high call volume.
- Communicating with callers and customers in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner.
- Being knowledgeable and able to answer general inquiries from customers and staff.
- Administrative duties would include data entry, clerical tasks, ordering office supplies, filing, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and assisting the Sales, Service, and Parts team as needed. You would also ensure the accuracy of information and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Maintain the monthly schedule of part-time receptionists.
- Additional duties as assigned.
What you should possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Ability to consistently manage multiple tasks and demands simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new software.
- Reception or office experience preferred.
- Experience working in the automotive industry is an asset.
