Overview
Seeking a driven Junior Analyst to work alongside a Senior Analyst on a variety of corporate initiatives.
This entry‑level role is ideal for individuals interested in data analysis, business analysis, and gaining hands‑on exposure to technology projects within large organizations.
The Junior Analyst will assist senior team members by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support improvements in daily operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and demonstrates strong analytical skills and business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing projects by gathering, organizing, and maintaining data from multiple sources
- Perform basic data analysis using tools such as Excel, introductory SQL, and/or accounting software.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while demonstrating an understanding of common technology terminology
- Provide office administrative support when needed, including managing emails, phone calls, and communication channels (MS Teams, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Participate in team meetings, share updates on assigned tasks, and contribute ideas to enhance processes and workflows
Qualifications
- Undergraduate student or recent graduate pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Accounting, or a Technology‑related field (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL or accounting tools such as QuickBooks Online (QBO) is an asset.
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex information and communicate it clearly and effectively
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project needs
- Prior internship or experience in data analysis or related roles is beneficial but not required
- Experience in using AI GPTs such as Copilot, and Gemini
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
