Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to help our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership to effectively manage campaigns across various platforms.
Duties
- 1. Brand Management & Standards
- Lead overall brand strategy and VI/SI system development at the group level.
- Establish and refine brand management modules across marketing systems (e.g., design templates, content guidelines, tone of voice).
- 2. Event Planning & Campaign Rhythm
- Design annual enrollment campaign calendar, including spring back-to-school, summer camp, and other key marketing events; coordinate with local campuses for execution.
- Plan themed events aligned with major North American holidays (e.g., Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas), and provide standardized toolkits for implementation.
- 3. Regional Marketing Support
- Collaborate closely with local campuses, offering strategic marketing guidance and operational support to ensure brand consistency and agility.
- Develop marketing launch kits for new campuses, including ad recommendations, local event ideas, and community engagement strategies.
- 4. Website & Customer Data Management
- Structure and optimize website frameworks and content templates for all campuses; lead the standardization of web presence.
- Build standardized customer registration and lead management workflows to improve conversion and engagement.
- 5. Digital Marketing & Data-Driven Operations
- Design and implement digital marketing strategy at the group level, including social media advertising, SEO, and content campaigns.
- Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and CRM to track performance and deliver actionable insights.
- 6. Marketing Assets & Reputation Management
- Develop and maintain standardized marketing materials (e.g., pitch decks, brochures, templates, parent communication scripts).
- Monitor brand sentiment and manage crisis communication strategies to protect corporate reputation.1. Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, education, communications, or related field.
2. 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in early childhood education, preschool chains, or children-related industries.
3. Solid knowledge of brand building, campaign planning, system development, and digital marketing.
4. Familiarity with North American education market and parental behavior; cross-cultural communication capability is a plus.
5. Strong data literacy, proficient in tools such as GA, CRM, and ad platforms.
6. Bilingual in Chinese and English preferred; able to work in an international, multicultural team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
