Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service at the cashier and take-out counter
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain inventory
- Receive and organize incoming deliveries
- Answer customer inquiries in person and by phone
- Recommend products and promote new items
- Assist with food packaging and merchandising
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store
- Support opening/closing duties and work collaboratively with the team
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Is passionate about Latin American food and culture
- Enjoys helping customers and creating a great shopping experience
- Is proactive, reliable, and works well independently
- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Has basic computer and cashier skills
- Speaks English and Spanish (Portuguese is an asset)
Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- High school education preferred
- Available for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Reliable transportation to Edmonton
Pay: $15.00–$17.50 per hour
