Construction/Carpentry Crew Leads, Lead hands and Apprentices
Tin Kings Construction Ltd. is looking for an experienced Working Foreman / Lead Carpenter and Apprentices to join our team.
This is a hands-on leadership position. You will be working alongside your crew every day while helping organize the job site and keeping work moving efficiently. This is not a project manager or site superintendent position.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small construction crew while working on the tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Complete framing, structural repairs, renovations, and general carpentry.
- Install metal cladding, siding, and other exterior finishes.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
- Ensure work meets our quality standards.
- Train and mentor apprentices and labourers.
- Communicate with management regarding project progress and material needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience leading a crew or working as a lead hand.
- Strong carpentry skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read blueprints and work independently.
- Experience with metal cladding is a strong asset.
- Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being on the tools, takes pride in producing quality work, and can lead by example. The successful applicant will spend the majority of their day performing construction work alongside the crew while helping keep projects organized and on schedule.

Crew Leads: $45-$55/hour
Lead Hands:$30-$40/hour
Apprentices/Labourers:$18-25/hour
Pay: $18.00-$55.00 per hour
