Front of House Team Member - Muskoka and Thornbury
Good Behaviour is looking for Front of House team members to join our shops across our Northern GTA locations.
This role is for someone who cares about people, moves with urgency, stays organized under pressure, and takes pride in creating a great guest experience. We’re looking for someone who can deliver consistently at a high level while contributing to a team culture that values quality, energy, and attention to detail.
What the role looks like
- Greet and serve guests with warmth, confidence, and efficiency
- Scoop ice cream and build sandwiches with consistency, care, and speed
- Help guide guests through the menu and create a memorable experience
- Maintain strong standards in product quality, portioning, and presentation
- Keep the front of house clean, stocked, organized, and service-ready
- Work closely with your team to keep service flowing smoothly
- Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support day-to-day shop operations and overall guest experience

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an asset
