Position Overview: We are currently hiring for a Part-Time Warehouse Associate for Shipping & Receiving for between 15 to 40 Hours a week for a vacancy in our team has. Your primary duties will involve the safe, secure, and accurate processing of customer orders. Tasks include picking products from shelves or bins, re-stocking shelves, and shipping customer orders. The role also includes receiving incoming products and ensuring proper storage or shelving.
Potential for transition to a full-time role following a 6-month review period.
Start Date: Immediately
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately pick, pack and create shipping labels for customer orders, ensuring all products and quantities are correct.
- Accurately scan products into our computer system, ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Regularly handle and move boxes, including lifting up to 22 kilograms (49 pounds).
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments and stock shelves as needed.
- Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 8 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and climb ladders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Rotate through all available warehouse roles when needed and be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

- You will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift, which will include standing for extended periods, walking around the facility, bending, reaching, and climbing ladders.
- Warehouse temperatures may vary between 15°C (60°F) and 32°C (90°F)
- A relaxed dress code allows for freedom of movement and comfort. Associates are expected to follow safety guidelines with their attire.
Qualifications:
- 2 Years of Warehouse Experience (preferred)
- Shipping or Receiving Experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace is an asset.
- Professional demeanor with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Works well in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
