Roofing Service Technician / Crew Supervisor

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience
This position combines hands on roofing service work with crew leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will perform roof repairs, troubleshoot roofing issues, and support roofing crews and project operations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform roofing repairs and service work on:
- Asphalt shingles
- Flat roofing systems
- Aluminum work and flashings
- Siding and exterior details
- Diagnose roof leaks and problem areas
- Complete service calls professionally and efficiently
- Take photos and document site conditions and completed work
- Communicate clearly with customers, crew members, and management
- Assist with supervising and supporting roofing crews as needed
- Ensure work is completed safely and to company standards
- Help coordinate materials, job progress, and site organization
- Support emergency service and weather related response work when required
Requirements
- Experience in roofing service and repairs
- Strong knowledge of shingle, flat roofing, aluminum, and siding systems
- Crew leadership or supervisory experience considered a strong asset
- Ability to work independently and problem solve on site
- Comfortable working at heights
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team oriented mindset
Assets
- Working at Heights certification
- Experience operating service trucks and equipment
- Ability to read drawings or scopes of work
- Experience dealing directly with customers
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
