We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead e-commerce initiatives, oversee Etsy marketplace operations, coordinate seasonal sales campaigns, and manage projects that support business growth and operational excellence.
Job Summary
The Project Manager will plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate projects related to Print-on-Demand product development, Etsy marketplace growth, seasonal marketing campaigns, and operational improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with design, marketing, customer service, and production teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate e-commerce projects and business initiatives.
- Develop project plans, schedules, objectives, and performance measures.
- Manage and optimize Etsy marketplace operations to support sales growth and customer engagement.
- Lead the planning and execution of seasonal sales campaigns, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and other promotional events.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, customer service, and production.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.
- Identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions to improve workflow efficiency and business performance.
- Evaluate project outcomes and prepare reports and recommendations for management.
- Establish and maintain project documentation, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and business objectives are achieved.
- Support the development and launch of new products and marketing initiatives.
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Etsy stores and Print-on-Demand business operations.
- Proven experience planning and executing seasonal e-commerce campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Etsy marketplace policies, SEO, listing optimization, and advertising strategies.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience with Printify, Printful, Gelato, or similar Print-on-Demand platforms.
- Experience with e-commerce analytics and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media advertising, and online marketplace growth strategies.
- Experience leading remote or cross-functional teams.
