We are looking to employ a knowledgeable and experienced Budtender to assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products. The responsibilities of the Budtender include greeting and welcoming customers, informing the manager of customer complaints and operational issues, and sharing firsthand experiences of cannabis products to address customer concerns. You should also be able to answer customers’ questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their medicinal uses, and methods of consumption.
- Checking customers' ID to verify legal age
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills and delivering exceptional customer service
- Guiding and directing customers in their cannabis purchasing journey
- Advising customers on cannabis products based on their preferences, needs, and budget
- Greeting and welcoming customers
- Informing the manager of customer complaints and operational issues
- Sharing firsthand experiences of cannabis products to address customer concerns
- Managing client satisfaction by guiding customers through the decision process
- Filling a similar role to bartenders, where they fulfill product orders and provide customer service.
- Assisting customers by making product suggestions, educating them on various products and providing advice on available product selections
- Preparing, packaging and stocking different cannabis products
- Working quickly and maintaining security while meeting high demand
- Possessing excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
Budtender Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Proven experience working as a Budtender.
- A valid CANSELL permit and Police Background Check.
- Great knowledge of cannabis products
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Drivers license preferred for deliveries.
