Responsibilities
- Door to door sales in the GTA to sell window cleaning services
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Strong persuasive abilities with a focus on closing sales.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory and displays.
- Basic computer proficiency for processing sales transactions and maintaining records.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are crucial for success in this role.
- Initative is a must, we are looking for someone who is always going to be knocking on doors.
