Summary
We are seeking a versatile General Worker to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional restoration services while maintaining a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with various restoration and renovation tasks on-site.
- Carry out tasks such as water extraction, mold remediation and other restoration services as directed.
- Support team members in preparing work areas. Loading and unloading job specific tools, materials and equipment.
- Perform demolition of damaged buildings and homes, including tearing out drywall, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, insulation etc.
- Pack out, handle, clean. move and protect customer contents, belongings and furniture
- Help ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site.
- Operate basic tools and equipment as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, restoration, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures on job sites.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks.
- Valid driver’s license is an asset.
