We are currently looking for an Industrial Painter to join our established team for Weekend_ shift. The initial 4-6 weeks will be spent on the Day shift, Monday to Friday_ in order to gain full familiarity with our shop and procedures, then move to the weekend shift. Note that all shifts must offer flexibility in shift schedules as work changes in the paint department.

Progressive Rubber Industries is a leader in the manufacturing of abrasion and corrosion resistant components for the Mining, Aggregate and Power Industries. We have been in business in Kamloops BC, since 1997.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and priming.
- Apply paint, coatings, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Ensure a high-quality finish on all surfaces, meeting specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
