Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation and Appointment Setter to join our growing medical aesthetics and wellness clinic. Your primary responsibility will be following up wth prospective clients who have responded to our online advertising and converting those inquiries into booked consultations.
Responsibilities
- Promptly contact leads generated through our online advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Qualify prospective clients and schedule consultations for our technicians and physician.
- Build rapport, answer basic questions, and guide prospects through the booking process.
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities in CRM.
- Follow-up with unresponsive leads to maximize appointment bookings.
- Meet daily and monthly appointment setting goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience. in lead generation, appointment setting, inside sales, customer service.
- Experience following up with warm leads and converting inquiries into apointments.
- Experience with Go High Level (GHL) is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Pleasant, confident telephone voice with outstanding phone etiquette.
- Strong, organizational and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Compensation and Benefits
- $20/hour base pay
- Commission based on booked consultations and/or conversions.
