Northstar Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Support - Deals person to support dealership accounting, deal processing, warranty administration, and general office operations. This role is essential to maintaining accurate financial records, supporting internal departments, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vehicle sales deals and related funding and payouts.
- Record and reconcile payments, EFTs, deposits, and daily cashouts.
- Administer warranty claims, adjustments, and receivable reconciliations.
- Maintain inventory records, dealer transfers, and vehicle buyouts.
- Process Ford incentives, extended service plans (ESPs), and commission reporting.
- Support account reconciliations and monthly audits.
- Provide reception coverage and administrative support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and dealership documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in accounting, administration, or automotive dealership operations preferred.
- Strong bookkeeping, reconciliation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; PBS experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
