X-Copper Professional Corporation, a premier law firm with over 20 years of experience in the legal community, is seeking an Associate Criminal Lawyer to conduct trials and resolutions in Windsor and Southern Ontario. With more than 18 branches across Ontario and Alberta and a commitment to continued growth, we offer a dynamic and supportive environment for our team.
Role Overview: The successful candidate will manage summary conviction and indictable offences from intake through to trial, with a particular emphasis on impaired driving cases. The role may require travel across the province.
Qualifications & Skills:
- License to Practice Law Ontario (required)
- Must be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario (required)
- Two years of experience in criminal law (preferred)
- Trial experience (preferred)
- Experience with impaired driving cases (asset)
- Strong advocacy and courtroom skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
