Positions Available:
1. Painter Foreman
- Hourly Wage: $35−$38 per hour + Bonuses
- Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise painting crews on residential and commercial projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Communicate with clients, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Train and mentor less experienced painters.
- Manage materials, equipment, and job site safety.
- Requirements:
- 5+ years of painting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
2. Experienced Painter
- Hourly Wage: $25-$33 per hour + Bonuses
- Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare surfaces (e.g., sanding, patching, priming) and apply paint, stain, and finishes.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist the Foreman in leading crews and training helpers as needed.
- Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of professional painting experience.
- Proficiency with painting tools, techniques, and materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
3. Painter Helper
- Hourly Wage: $20−$22 per hour + Bonuses
- Responsibilities:
- Assist painters with surface preparation, painting, and cleanup.
- Move and set up ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment.
- Learn painting techniques and gain hands-on experience.
- Follow instructions from Foreman and Experienced Painters.
- Requirements:
- No prior experience required – we provide on-the-job training!
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform physical tasks (e.g., lifting, climbing ladders).
- Reliable and punctual.
